how i’m build frontend ui as someone with little proficiency in ui/ux:

for the current project, i did a mental sketch out first on tools like excalidraw.

then i go and look some design by a good ‘ol google search. browse the images section until i find something catching my eyes. (about 20-25 mins).

then i take the design for the particular component or the layout and give it to Google Stitch to churn up and produce 3 initial results. it’s been doing a decent job.

stitch actually gives you the code for the in pure html. i take that code up and give it to copilot to convert it into its corresponding react component.

voila! i have my component ready. i tweak it further according to my taste and mashup some design elements that it might have left during the process, or if i find some elements which are better suited alternatives.
so that’s how folks you get a decent frontend to kickstart your project.
ps: i breakdown the big components into smaller sub-components by hand in-between to brush up some react concepts…
